Western Blot using PER1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85531). Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PER1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85531) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Western blot analysis of PER1 in non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts using PER1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85531) using 30 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:5000. Sample was then incubated with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 5% SDS-PAGE.
